What information do we collect?
When you place an order, register for an account or even send us a question, you supply certain information to us such as your name, address, telephone number, email address. We store the information securely and it is not shared with anyone outside Hawkins Hobbies. As all our online payments are taken through Square or PayPal, we do not have access to your credit card details.
We send all new customers an email to confirm your account set up. You will also receive an email each time you place an order. Apart from those, we will not email you unless you have asked to receive our newsletter or, if you have placed an order with us and we need to contact you about it. We do not pass on your email address to any other person.
Updating or correcting personal information
If your details change (such as you’ve moved home), or you no longer wish to have an account with Hawkins Hobbies, then you can contact us on email@example.com to change or remove your details and we will confirm that we have done so within 48 hours.
