The queen descends with her fiery golden wings, harnessed from the blazing sunset of the Orient. Her beauty is inspired by the legendary bird of the Maranaos - the Sarimanok, a symbol of good fortune. The bold colours, pattern and embellishments reflect the rich culture and great artistry of the Southern Philippines.

This is a complete a kit for this beautiful design by talented designer, Aldrin Jay Parilla.  It contains all the listed materials you need to stitch this elegant and beautiful design.

The kit contains genuine materials to complete the design from DMC threads to Mill Hill beads and treasures, and specialist threads.

Please note: the stitched sample is on a hand-dyed fabric but we have sourced a suitable or complementary plain 32ct linen for the kit.

Design size: 10.69" x 24.44" with a stitch count of 171 x 391 stitched over two threads.
